Portable brand files

Encode your brand once. Use it everywhere. Update as often as you like.

Encoder compiles a portable Brand Context Protocol package. The files remain an artifact you can download and control. A self-hosted BCP is a first-class implementation.

Encoded encodes the brand you already have. Encoder is the compiler and on-ramp. The Registry is optional hosted trust and operations, not a requirement to use BCP.

You can self-host at /.well-known/brand.md or publish through the Registry. The package stays portable either way.
